The Flexy Strap T550 is a battery-powered, automatic strapping machine with wheels, ideal for fast and intuitive strapping of pallets. Thanks to its compact design and excellent maneuverability, it can be easily positioned next to the load to be strapped, optimizing warehouse operations and time. The positioning process is further simplified by a laser projection system on the ground that indicates the correct distance between the machine and the pallet. Once positioned, the feeding system can be moved using a joystick, and it feeds the strap around the pallet, returning it to the operator. Once the operation is complete, the system is removed to continue with the tensioning, welding and cutting of the strap using a strapping tool attached to the machine by means of a special clamp, thus ensuring fast, precise and efficient work.
